Service Agreement & Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: December 1, 2022 Business Entity: Perez & Perez International LLC, DBA Pristine Mobile Detailing (“Pristine Mobile Detailing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) By booking or receiving services from Pristine Mobile Detailing, you (the “Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:

1. General Terms of Service

  • All services are performed at the customer’s request and risk.
  • By scheduling or receiving service, you grant express permission for our team to perform detailing on your vehicle at the designated location.
  • We assume no liability for pre-existing conditions, damage resulting from wear and tear, fragile or loose parts, or damage that may occur during or after standard detailing procedures.
  • Clients acknowledge that accidents, scratches, mechanical malfunctions, or other damage may occur during service or vehicle repositioning, and agree that Pristine Mobile Detailing and its contractors will not be held liable under any circumstances.
  • Clients agree to release Pristine Mobile Detailing from any responsibility for damage to personal property or the vehicle, including issues related to battery drainage, electronics, mechanical parts, or material defects.

2. Vehicle Handling & Liability Waiver

  • If necessary, we may move your vehicle within your property. We are not liable for any incident occurring while moving, parking, or handling the vehicle, including curb rash, scratches, or mechanical failure.
  • By booking any service with us you are permitting our staff to move or enter your vehicle, you assume full responsibility for any incident that may occur.
  • You acknowledge that our service vehicle(s) may require space for parking, and proximity to the vehicle being serviced. We are not responsible for any property damage while parking, unloading, or setting up equipment.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Remove all personal items, valuables, and sensitive materials prior to service. We are not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
  • The vehicle must be legally parked and accessible in a safe and lawful location. Any fine or penalty fee due to unlawful or illegal location provided by the client will be passed on to the final amount for the service.
  • Ensure that your vehicle is in suitable condition to receive standard detailing services.
  • Inspect your vehicle immediately after service is completed. We do not guarantee battery levels after service and are not responsible for interior or exterior lights left on post-service.
  • Ensure that your vehicle is in suitable condition to receive standard detailing services.

4. Booking & Scheduling Terms

  • Service times are estimates only. Actual duration may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and package selected.
  • Appointments are subject to availability, weather conditions, equipment status, or technician scheduling. Delays do not entitle the customer to service discounts.
  • We reserve the right to assign any qualified team member or subcontractor to perform your service.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until verified by our team. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment without penalty.

5. Pricing & Charges

  • Minimum service price is $150. Additional fees apply for excessive contamination (e.g., pet hair, bodily fluids, mold, or hazardous waste).
  • Final pricing may vary based on location, vehicle type, condition, and detail package.
  • If service conditions differ significantly from what was described at booking, we reserve the right to adjust pricing or refuse service.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel on time may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service.
  • If our team arrives and the vehicle is not present or accessible, the full service fee may be charged to your card on file.

7. Payment & Authorization

  • A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure your booking. You authorize us to charge the card on file for completed services and applicable fees.
  • Recurring clients grant permission to securely store card information for automated billing.
  • By booking any service with Pristine Mobile Detailing, you agree to communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction directly with us prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider.
  • Initiating a false or unwarranted chargeback after services have been rendered constitutes a breach of this agreement. If a chargeback is filed without giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue, you agree to:
  • Reimburse us for all chargeback fees, collection costs, and any legal fees associated with the dispute
  • Accept that proof of completed work submitted to your financial institution will be used to recover payment

We take pride in delivering high-quality, transparent service. If there is a legitimate concern, we will work to resolve it. However, fraudulent disputes will be pursued to the fullest extent allowed by law.

8. Marketing & Communication

  • By scheduling service, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, updates, and follow-ups via SMS, phone, or email.
  • You may opt out of communications by replying “STOP” to SMS messages.
  • We reserve the right to use photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing, training, or promotional use on our website and social media channels.

9. Refusal of Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, harassment, or vehicle conditions that pose a health or safety hazard
  • We will not tolerate verbal abuse, harassment, or aggressive behavior toward our staff under any circumstances. Service will be immediately terminated with full charge of the service even if unfinished if such behavior occurs.

10. Disclaimers

  • Pristine Mobile Detailing provides services “as is” and makes no guarantees or warranties beyond those explicitly stated in writing.
  • We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or contaminants.
  • Client acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with vehicle detailing services by booking with us.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Service Agreement.
