Pristine Mobile Detailing Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Pristine Mobile Detailing, we value your time and ask that you value ours. Our business operates by appointment, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows significantly impact our schedule, staff, and other clients waiting for service.
Client Cancellations
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations (within 4 hours of your appointment) may result in a 100% service fee, at our discretion.
- Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future service.
Rescheduling
- We allow one free reschedule per appointment if done with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Additional reschedule requests or those made inside the 24-hour window will be treated as late cancellations and are subject to fees.
Weather & Safety-Related Delays
- In cases of unsafe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, high winds, extreme heat) or hazards at the service location, we may reschedule your appointment at no cost to you.
- We reserve the right to postpone service for technician safety or equipment limitations. You will be notified as early as possible.
On-Site Issues or Access Denied
- If we arrive at your location and are unable to access your vehicle, no one is present, or the vehicle is not available, this will be treated as a no-show, and the full service price may be charged.
Booking Confirmations
- A valid debit or credit card is required to confirm all appointments. By booking with us, you authorize charges related to your scheduled services and any applicable cancellation fees.
